Q: How long is the DOT medical certification for?

A: That depends on your health. The shortest amount of time a driver can be certified for is 3 months. The longest allowable certification is 2 years.

Q: How long does the physical take?

A: With an appointment the physical typically takes about thirty minutes from when you walk into our office to the time you walk out. Without an appointment you may experience a wait however we try to see you as soon as possible.

Q: Is my medical card valid in different states?

A: Yes.

Q: Do I have to bring the medical card to the DMV?

A: Yes, if you have a CDL. The DMV will update your CDL in their computer system. If you do not update with the DMV they will suspend your license.

Q: Is everything included in the $65 DOT Physical price?

A: Yes! Our DOT physical includes everything a healthy drivers needs for your CDL Medical Card. In some cases, where health conditions are discovered during your examination, we have to refer you out to another medical professional or have to order additional testing. You will be responsible for any additional services.

 

Q: How long does it take to receive the results of my drug test?
A: Most results are available in approximately 24-48 hours during the business week. Some results may take longer to process. The Medical Review Officer will contact the donor directly if there are any questions regarding a test.

 

Q: Will I receive my drug testing results and how?

A: Yes! We will call you once we have your results and its up to you how you would to like receive the results. Our office can send test results to you or your employer through e-mail or fax and you can always pick up a copy at our office if you choose to do so.

 

Q: Do I need an appointment?

A: Walk-ins are always welcome and are typically seen immediately. However, to ensure that you're not waiting to be seen we encourage appointments.
